wp_options: Table is marked as crashed?

  • Hi,

    I received this error message while working on a site. How do I repair it?

    “The wp_options table is not okay. It is reporting the following error: Table is marked as crashed. WordPress will attempt to repair this table…
    Failed to repair the wp_options table. Error: Table is marked as crashed”

    Do you have a backup of your database that you can reboot from? If not you can try repairing it from Phpmyadmin. If that fails you may need to contact your webhost. If you do not know how to repair it via PHPmyAdmin, you can also contact your webhost for help
