wp_mail function error

Could you please share a full-page screenshot illustrating this error?

Hi,

here the Screenshots so you can see where the error message is.

1. The first screenshot is when I’m configuring the mail messages and I want to send one to myself to test how it is displayed:

2.The second one, is in the Order page, when I want to send a mail manually to a user who has bought a product:

Thanks for sharing the screenshots.

Could you please find that reminder on the “Reminders” page in the plugin’s menu (Reviews > Reminders)? You should be able to see a detailed screen with information about the reminder and the error message. Could you please share a screenshot of that screen?

There could be an error in the log when you send the review reminder manually. Please enable WP debug log, send the reminder again and check if there is a fatal error in the log file. Then share the message here, which will help us understand what happens on your site.

Can you please share the log file? It is located in the folder /wp-content/.
