WP_List_Table error (Form Settings)

  • The following error is shown in the Form Settings Page for both Confirmations and Notifications.

    function WP_List_Table::get_columns() must be over-ridden in a sub-class

    Running version 4.3 of the plugin and have been using it for quite some time on the site that this is happening to. This is a multi-site installation as well.
