wp_list_comments problems

    I’m trying to add a simple commenting system to my single.php file, but it seems that I am unable to get it to load any comments.

    I added the wp_list_comments() function to it after adding two comments, however nothing is rendered on the page.

    Currently my single.php looks like this:

    I know I’ve probably missed something really obvious, but I’m a novice…
