wp_list_categories() don’t woks after upgraded to 2.8

Hi.

After upgraded to the 2.8 version, the function wp_list_categories() is not working. The function allways returns “No Categorie”.

I have this in site:

wp_list_categories('exclude=1&orderby=order&show_count=0&depth=1&title_li=')

wp_list_categories('exclude=1,17,12,77&orderby=order&show_count=0&title_li=&')

Both codes don’t work. In 2.7 version this code worked perfectly.

Any onde know what is the problem?
