wp_head destroys the theme

check if the adminbar is activated to show on the front:

dashboard – users – your profile

@alchymyth: you are right: it’s the “toolbar” but it’s not shown correctly. The template take the space for the bar but the bar doesn’t appear.

Why? How to fix it in my template?

Does your theme also have wp_footer() in your footer?

Check if that’s there, I believe between both hooks that may resolve your problem and cause the admin toolbar to render correctly.
