WP_Filesystem_Base not found

Hello, I recently duplicated a website https://www.amwsitedesigns.com/adelabs to https://www.adelabs.com and when i go to edit a blog post i get the attached message “Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Filesystem_Base’ not found in /home/adetolaa/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 17”. This doesn’t happen in the original site.
Please help!
