Installed your plugin on a site recently and it is causing some problems.
One of which is that it breaks wp_feedback.
The buttons on the front end of the site simply do not work with wp_optimize enabled, i.e. nothing happens when clicking them.

As mentioned in other thread, also having some issues with DIVI content not being displayed for logged in users.

  • Hi there,

Could you share a link to your website? wp_feedback is a premium plugin which makes it difficult to test.

If the buttons do not react, it’s probably a JavaScript error, which makes me think that you have Minify enabled.
Could you open the browser console and check for any error?
(if you share an URL with the issue, I can probably find out what to do to fix the issue).

wp_feedback is only visible to logged in users, so you wouldn’t be able to see it anyway.

here is a screenshot of the error in developer console

    Thanks.
Can you go to WP-Optimize > Minify > Javascript, and add wpfeedback to the setting “Exclude JavaScript from processing”?

There seems to be an issue when mergin / minifying their code.

thanks, that worked. It has also fixed my issue with content not displaying as well.
So that must have been caused by the minification breaking wpfeedback
