wp_feed_subscribers 150MB database file????

in the database i have a table called: wp_feed_subscribers and its taking about 150mb (thats a lot)

does that has something to do with wordpress or can i remove it? i do not have any feed plugins installed at all and im using the wordpress default feed on my site
