I can’t reproduce this problem, on wich PHP version are you using?

My running versions are as follows:
```
WordPress	3.5.1
PHP version	5.3.13
MySQL version	5.5.30-MariaDB
cURL version	7.19.7
```

Hmm, strange, when do you see this error? I have the following versions running, but don’t have any problems.

WordPress version: 3.5.1
PHP version: 5.3.15
MySQL version: 5.5.30-log

They’re logged in wp-content/debug.log on every page load (home/posts/pages).

Who knows, it might have something to do with my host setup (they use a remote db server instead of localhost) or another plugin conflicting.

Well, as suspected it was another plugin causing it.
It’s called Widget Entries, sort of custom post type for widgets (enables the inclusion of posts as html widgets).

As soon as it’s turned off, notices go away.
