Did you try upgrading to the latest version of our plugin (2.0.2). It is officially the plugin to offer support for our new JW6 player, but if you want you can refrain from upgrading to player 6 and stay on player 5.

Yes, we did upgrade about 2 hours ago.
It seems okay now.
