WP_DEBUG error

    I saw this WP_DEBUG error when the plugin was activated but not on any front-end pages/posts:

    [30-Dec-2012 12:10:56] PHP Notice: Undefined index: mlcalc-submit in /wp-content/plugins/mortgage-loan-calculator/mlcalc.php on line 209

    I wonder if it was when I visited or saved on the wp-admin Widgets page. Regardless, it shouldn’t be throwing WP_DEBUG errors.
