WP_Cache constant added to wp-config.php

When I add the following plugin to my wp setup it gives me the following error ‘WP_Cache constant added to wp-config.php’. And further in the description it is written ‘If you continue to see this warning message please see point5 of the troubleshooting guide. The WP_CACHE line must be moved up’.
How do I fix this? Have checked out the troubleshooting guide but no help yet.
