wp_admin login not working and displaying the home page with error

The browser is getting the 404 error from the server . The file/directory that is missing in the server is not displayed in the browser.

accessing using the
https://site.com/wp_login.php also returning the same error

I also tried renaming the plugin’s to different name and access to the site using
https://site.com/wp_admin/ and
https://site.com/wp_login.php

Both are returning the same error, i.e
