There’s a major conflict with WP6.0 but I don’t know if it’s WOO or WP fault.
It’s happening only in the shop page, not in the category page: all my site’s available menus are fetched and listed in the menu navigation bar.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @arsenalemusica!

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with any one of your active plugins.
    ?
The best way to find the culprit is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing the conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

Using a staging site would be a good idea to do the conflict test. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

Could you please try these and get back to us with the results? Thanks!

the culprit is Event Calendar WD!
Now, let me say something in hope that the Moderator is listening: I have purchased premium version of that plugin and I have never received any support, neither am I allowed to leave reviews. Moreover, last week I had spoken directly with the authors and they told me the plugin is abandoned and should not be installed. I have asked to remove the plugin from the repository but the moderator doesn’t think so.
Is that a proper business conduct from WordPress?

    Hi @arsenalemusica

Good to know that you were able to narrow down to Event Calendar as the culprit.

I had spoken directly with the authors and they told me the plugin is abandoned and should not be installed.

Yes, on the plugin page notice has been put up that the plugin is no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues. It is best to avoid such plugins. I understand that you had already purchased its premium version before.
