WP4.4 & upgrade backupwordpress

    I have just upgraded my site to wp4.4 and upgraded all plugins, including backupwordpress. In the backup area I still have my manual and monthly backup tabs available but niether tab has the link to change the settings or the link to run now. Still have all the links running across the bottom – dropbox, google drive etc.

    (pretty sure we had this with the last WP update).

    Upgraded next site to wp4.4, didn’t upgrade the plugin and have the same issue.

    1 of 6 sites still has the option to backup now – that site I upgraded the backup plugin a few days ago, have updated to 4.4 today and didn’t need to update the plugin.

    is there anything different about the one site that doesn’t seem to be resolved? Did you empty the site and the browser cache to ensure that wasn’t the problem?

    2 of 7 sites now have the backup buttons available. The only difference is –
    ‘that site I upgraded the backup plugin a few days ago, have updated to 4.4 today and didn’t need to update the plugin.’

    The plugin was updated to the latest version prior to the wp4.4 upgrade on the 2 sites that are still working.

    Kat I think you are correct, I have just checked one of the sites and the options to run the backup, settings, download etc are back. Maybe w3 caches wasn’t actually emptying all the caches…

    Will report back after checking other sites.

    all appears to be working, my apologies it does appear to be the cache not clearing properly.
