[WP3.2 Upgrade] Anchor Tags Getting Stripped From Shortcode

After upgrading to WP 3.2, the anchor tags in my shortcode are being removed.

I re-installed 3.1 and it’s working fine so it seems to be something with the 3.2 update.

The shortcode is being called into the post with tinymce. Is there some new filter that 3.2 has that’s scrubbing my anchor tag from the shortcode?

Also, I do not have any plugins activated.
