WP3 Custom Menu 404 Errors

When you add a large number of menu items to build a custom menu, I’m getting 404 errors when I try to save. I was trying to create a master menu of categories and subcategories and it refuses to save past something like 90-100 categories-subcategories in a single menu and I get 404 errors for this page:
