    Hi,

is it possible to use WP2Static with WPML? I have two languages in two folders (example: /de/ and /en/). I would expect that WP2Static is exporting both folders with the subpages, but all I get in the export is the subpages for the default language.

    Hi @mediaworker,

Yes, it should work as described, but I haven’t tested with WPML in a while. It’s possible that it is failing to detect the alternate language URLs.

I’ll need to do some investigation for WPML that will take some time. In the meantime, could you please try adding links to the alternate language pages on the site’s homepage and seeing if it crawls them then? Else, we’ll need to inform the plugin about all the possible WPML URLs so it can include them in it’s crawl list (a few ways to do this).

    Cheers,

    Leon

    w00t!

    OK, glad that worked!

In upcoming version 7, things have improved a lot regarding URL detection (and other things). If it doesn’t detect them by default in V7, we can quickly create an add-on to help detect URLs and do any other optimizations for WPML.

Please let me know if any other issues occur while exporting.

    Cheers,

    Leon
