WP2.7 – Internal Server Error Messages in admin mode

I have been experiencing issues with 2.7 where the I commonly get a blank page with an error after submitting a form or any type of update link.

“Internal Server Error. Please contact a server administrator.”

It may be a hosting issue if this doesn’t sound like a wp 2.7 problem to anyone? Does anyone think it could be wordpress? Maybe a clean copy of the admin files?
