  • Could not create directory

    That’s the key phrase there. Seemingly the permission on your server are set so that the script cannot create a directory for the uploaded files.
    Talk to your host about it.

    I was having the could not create directory issue, I took a gamble and deleted the upgrade folder and then tried again to upgrade with success! I don’t know if that helps anyone else but worked for me.
