WP website still loads, despite no files in filemanager

Hi there

I had an issue where I couldn’t update to 5.3, nor update most existing plugins to the latest version. In some cases, I couldn’t download some new plugins.

I restored multiple backups (everything worked fine when I made these backups). The issue still persisted.

I then proceded to remove everything from my Cpanel account. Including all hidden files. Cleared all cache. Paused Cloudflare, changed nameservers back to hosting companies’ nameservers. Cleared my own browser cache, website data, cleared, flushed and released dns and restarted PC.

Now the problem; The old website still loads. I have no idea what to do next. Please advise.
