WP Website down, not clear why

    Hi,
    Our site has been up for quite a while. No changes have been made in the past few weeks as far as plugins (either adding/removing or changes to existing ones) as far as I can remember.
    However, the site is down at the moment.
    The service provider says that from their end there is no issue however that my PHP version is 7.2 and suggests checking plugins.
    Could this be the issue?
