WP version 3.4.2 multisite compatibility

I am using WP version 3.4.2 multisite enabled with BP and s2Member integrated. The plugin has been installed and activated, but nothing has changed. I can not even find the supposedly created BuddyPress tab to configure the plugin.
In short, nothing happened at all.
