WP Users No Longer Showing Up

Hello, i installed Mailpoet and was setting it up. Once I changed it to third-party sending my subscriber list stopped updating. I went on my page and put in a test email and it no longer shows a new user added. I do receive an email that tells me that I gained a subscriber but that’s all. That subscriber is not found anywhere, nor do they receive a welcome email.

To remedy I started undoing everything to no avail. I even deactivated Mailpoet and then deleted it but no change. I still no longer see new subscribers anywhere.

Can someone tell me what’s going on?
