[WP-UserOnline 2.80] Anomaly in Dashboard.

This is not a bug, but it is not correct that a member has the “UserOnline” tab automatically displayed in the Dashboard, even if the IPs are hidden for him.

Would it be possible to establish an option for the administrators to decide whether or not members can access this display?
A second option for displaying the number of connected in the sidebar would also be interesting to allow or not the link to the page with specific details.

I think that these details are important for administrators, but that ordinary members or robots should not have access.
