WP User tables deleted

  • Hello,

    I accidentally deleted my WP Users tables and now my site is not working. Somehow I ended up with 2 versions of the plugin and I deleted the wrong one and my tables were deleted.

    We restored from backup and now everything is displaying properly except I can’t add new users.

    When I register a new account, after submitting I go to a blank screen. I receive the new user email notification with login details, but when trying to login it says the user account does not exist.

    What do I do to fix this massive problem?

  • I was able to register from here and then when I tried to login from here it didn’t recognize the user/pass although it is correct. I did not face white screen issue anywhere. Am I trying on the correct URLs?

    Hi Samuel,

    If you try and register a new account on https://accessiblesouthafrica.co.za/list-your-business/ (Choose any of the listing types – add accommodation / add activity etc. – that’s where I’m getting the white screen.

    I can see your user profile in the backend – that’s what’s happening with all registrations – I can see them in the backend but you can’t login – it doesn’t recognise the user name and password.
