    Hi all,

I am working on building some websites that will be running a single WordPress installs with different themes etc. Running them kind of as a group/network e.g.

    domain.com
    blog.domain.com
    sales.domain.com

For me I wanted a way to sync my users between the sites, so they don’t need to register to the other sites if they wished to. Also if they logged in on one site they didn’t need to log in again e.g. session cookie.

There are a few plugins that do this but none of them quite do it to the level I am after. Biggest of the all is WPMUDEV however, it only sync in one direction and doesn’t have too many options regarding user roles etc.

My idea to provide user roles you wish to sync along with the other domains you wish to sync them with. Also if you add a new site gives you the ability to manually sync your current users to the new site.

    Here is a quick mockup I made…
