WP User sync- Is it possible to sync user roles from Ultimate Member

Hello,

I am currently syncing members from my current site to my new site and the transfer works the only thing that does not seem to be working is the user role. They are automatically being put as subscribers and not the intended role.

I have added the same role to each site seeing if this would do anything at all it has not.

Any help would be appreciated
