WP User Frontend – Wedevs Support Went Above and Beyond!

If I could give these guys more stars, I would.
Nothing is more important than a solution-orientated support team, and that’s exactly what I have experienced with the Wedevs team.
The ironic thing is, I wasn’t having any issue with their product, but another product that was conflicting with theirs.
The developer was unresponsive, and when I finally hunted them down online, they provided an answer that just proved they were not interested in solving the glitch in their own script.
The Wedevs team stepped in and did the initial troubleshooting work, found the problem and provided screenshots and even a message I could copy and paste for the developer who was not doing his job.
Did you get that?
Wedevs were prepared to solve another developer’s problem so that I could use their plugin script properly.
They even went as far as offering to do a new install and reverse engineer everything… who does that these days?
I eventually managed to get hold of the CEO of the bad script and he got everything sorted out, and listen to this… (in ten minutes), yet I’d spent the equal number of days to get to them to that point.
The point in case?
There are some companies that focus on the problem, while others (like Wedevs) focus on the solution.
So if you’re looking at investing in any of their products and or services, you can be sure that (based on my experience), you’ll have a solid support team behind you, if and when needed.
That to me is worth more than any product or service I invest in, as good, consistent, reliable, and solution-orientated support is key.
And that’s what you get the with Wedevs!
