WP update server ip address

Hello,

my hoster is very restricted and has blocked all access to other websites on his server. so updating from within wp dashboard is not possible right now.

I need to tell him the ip addresses from the updating server so he can add them to the firewall.

so far I have found the following addresses that might be involved in the update process:

198.143.164.249
198.143.164.250
198.143.164.252

but still updating is not possible, in fact there seems to be no updates available at all since he added these addresses to the fw rules.

what are we missing, are there any other ip addresses needed, or some special ports (80 and 443 activated for outgoing traffic)
