WP truncate post/page while saving (copy/pasted content)

  • Hello,

    I have experiencing strange behaviour on freshly installed WP 4.1.1. While I copy and paste text into editor, editor will truncate the text and keep only first 5 words, also when I click publish it shows that page was autosaved not saved as it should be.

    When I type the content it works fine, also the saving.

    I tried to disable all plugins and also tried different browsers and still experiencing same problem.

    I wonder if it could be due to PHP version on server which is 5.2.17.

    Any idea?

    What theme you are using? Is it TwentyFifteen or you downloaded any other free theme?

    If its free theme, try switching to Default wordpress theme and then try.
