    Hi there I am sitting with two issues, first being that the plugin wont save when I edit anything in the email settings, it just keeps spinning. Second, I want to add the kids ages, which I cannot seem to do.

    Also, as for if the image does not fit in, is there a way to add padding in a way for the whole image to display in those dimensions?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Have you checked the Console tab for any JS error? You can do that by inspecting tool by hitting the F12 key on the keyboard while on the settings page. If yes, then can you please send me the screenshot of the error if any?

    2. And regarding the image size, I am sorry but that’s the adjustment that can be done with CSS. And it’s actually not an issue because it’s done to make the layout consistent. If a user uploads different sizes of images then this gets adjusted to the layout and gives consistent look on the overall website.

    on the second part, so only images with the dimensions, which are not defined in the plugin, are accepted? So square images do not work as they are automatically cropped?

    Hello @mishabotha,

    Regarding the error, maybe on the email content, you have some class name or section id name that’s is blocked on the server-side. Check here.

    And regarding the image size, if the size of the image is bigger than that of the recommended then the image will get cropped. But if the size of the image is bigger than that recommended then the image will not get cropped.
