WP Touch and W3 Total Cache

I installed WP Touch and have had several complaints about my site appearing to be mobile on some desktops. It appears to be a caching issue w/ my caching plug in. I have the free WP Touch version. Can anyone help please? I have done research but none of the fixes appear to make sense to me. I can’t find what I am looking for in the plug ins.
