Wp to buffer help with settings section

Wondering if someone can help me please. I am trying to figure out the settings in wp to buffer. I have gone through the authentication process and have set up my posts to go to buffer when I publish. Then there is pages, which I have left alone. Next to that option is ‘Contact forms’ Tablepress tables’ and ‘Google Calendar Feeds’ and ‘Portfolio’. All of these have the same options within them as ‘Posts’ and Pages’ do. I am confused as to how to set these options up. Am I supposed to select all of the social media links there too? If the there is a table within the post, won’t it automatically be a part of the post? What if there is no table or calendar within the post. I hope I have explained this right.
