WP Tiles Beta 1.0: Disable byline text shortener

    Hi!

    Great plugin! Really liking the way v 1.0 is shaping up! ??

    I have one problem. I want to use a different method of shortening the text than WP Tiles uses by default. So I wish to disable any auto resize and “dot dot dot” shortening done by JQuery on bylines.

    How can I easiest do this?

    Hi @dfreerider,

    Thanks for your comment! This issue came up last week as well. I don’t have a quick and easy solution handy, because the call to the jQuery dotdotdot plugin is hardcoded into the WP Tiles JS. I’ll see if I can make a filter for this – I opened an issue in GitHub for this.
