WP Thread Comment error with functions.php

I don’t know what cause this problem but here is the error I am receiving whenever I active the plugin, “WP Thread Comment”:

It was working fine before but all of the sudden, bam! Error!
I am using the latest version of the plugin: Version 1.4.9.4
Please help me fix this!
