WP texturize

The function WP texturize, that shows quotes (‘) as curly quotes (’) in the final visualisation, is not working in the text of the tables (https://www.ub.edu/retrucs/la-insercio-rapida-de-simbols-al-windows/). See the difference:
Furthermore, when I insert a table in a post, WP texturize is not working in all the paragraphs after the table (https://www.ub.edu/retrucs/etiquetes-html-de-format-basiques/).
