WP-Table Reloaded shortcode not working in Tabs

  • Hi:
    I’m using WP-Table Reloaded in my design because the template designer, Sarah Neuber recommended it for her “Jewelry Store” theme. But in the tabs, the wizzy wig button that installs, does not work. When I update and view the product post, it just shows up as the short code. I can assign a widget to the tab and then put the code in at the widget level. The size chart then appears. But this is not suitable for my needs because the chart needs to vary from product page to product page. Another solution would be to make it so that there is just copy, “Size Chart” in the main copy area that when clicked opens the chart either in the same field, or a new window. But I have no idea how to maker that happen. Please advise for both scenarios, if you don’t mind. Thanks,

    Unfortunately, I don’t yet really understand what you are trying to do.
    Can you maybe post the URL to the page with your table, so that I can see what is not working?

    Here’s a product test page I’ve been working on just to get familiar with the template. https://pogapparel.com.previewdns.com/men/a-test-product

    Please note that the first “details” tab has no problem inserting the table. But if you go to the third tab, you’ll see that it just displays the shortcode. In the admin, this tab does include the button to add a table, it just doesn’t add the table…ads the code only. This tab is widget-ready. I have tried adding a widget to it which then did allow me to add the table by putting the shortcode in the widget field itself (at the widget level, not the page level). The problem with this is that I need different tables for various products.
