[wp-table-reloaded] Cannot save

    My client just updated his wordpress to 3.4.1 and now he cannot save new tables using wp-table-reloaded. This specific use case is that when attempting to “import a table” the proper csv file is selected. Add as new table is selected and also “File upload.” When the Import Table button is clicked, the page refreshes and comes back empty. Is there an issue with 3.4.1 wordpress support? Is there anywhere I can look to find out what is going wrong (log files, etc.).

    Hi Scott,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble that you are experiencing.

    This sounds as if something with the file upload went wrong, e.g. because the CSV file was bigger than what the server allows or because the PHP Memory limit was reached.
    A good place to start investigating would be the server error logs, as possible PHP error messages should be visible there.

    Any file, even one with a single line was not working. I did not check the server error logs. I’m on a shared hosting plan and wasn’t sure how to access them. I replaced wp-table-reloaded with TablePress and that seems to work just fine.

    ah, that’s interesting ?? Yes, TablePress has a slightly changed import mechanism. Good to know that this works better ??

    Same with me,

    I have import csv file twice and its fine working. But the next import cannot save. The ID table was created but with a blank data.

    Can u help this? Thanks

    Is this in TablePress or in WP-Table Reloaded?
    Do you get any error messages?
