WP SuperMap Popup text empty

Hello and thank you for the great WP Property plugin.
I have some questions about the WP SuperMap.

Popups are blank with no text appearing. I notice this is the same problem in your demo: https://demo.usabilitydynamics.com/avalon/supermap/

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
