Wp SuperCache and Godaddy

I have this error “Internal Server/500 Error” with wp-supercache. I know that it is an old problem. In the past i tried to use wp-cache in my blog hosted in GoDaddy and i have the same problem (it is a Godaddy problem)

Is there any solution? Is it possible resolve this problem modifying the code of the plug-in (header information)?
