WP Super Edit Not Working Since Updated WordPress to 3.9

WP Super Edit Not Working well the buttons do not show up anymore Since Updated WordPress to 3.9.

I tried uninstalling re installing still no go. Can anyone help with this problem or is anyone else having this problem.
