Wp super cached File Update

Hello, I would like to use wp super cache plugin for a site but every page should be updated regularly. I would like to give my visitors to update any post manually. How should i do that. For xmpl: whois.com. whenever we goes to see a whois data. It automatically get updated. Like that i want to give a button to update that post to my audience.
