WP Super Cache with P2: Making a Web App

What’s the best way to configure WP Super Cache with the P2 theme? I’ve already discovered that serving cached pages to known users is safe; they can still post and see updates live without refreshing.
What about “Only refresh current page when comments made”?
What about “Mobile device support”? I’m actually using a child theme of P2 and it’s mobile responsive. Should I still enable this?
