WP Super Cache with CDN and WPML: Feature Request

Greetings,

The limitation which I have encountered is as follows:

When CDN is enabled in WP Super Cache with WPML and unique domains per language are set-up, the replacing of the primary domain with the CDN URL works fine in the default language.

However, secondary domains for the different languages are not replaced.

The result is that the CDN is only active on the primary language because the secondary domains are not replaced with the CDN URL.

Possible Solution 1: check for WPML secondary language domains and replace those also.

Possible Solution 2: Add a field in the CDN tab of WP Super Cache, to enter a comma separated list for secondary domains to be replaced by the CDN URL.

I think this would be a great new feature.
