WP Super Cache Timestamp don't match with cloudflare on

When I checked “Test Cache” on WP Super cache setting page, I see
something like this:
Fetching https://mydomain.com/ to prime cache: OKFetching first copy of https://mydomain.com/: OK (1.html)
Fetching second copy of https://mydomain.com/: OK (2.html)
The pages do not match! Timestamps differ or were not found!
But when i pause Cloudflare, the timestamps match and caching is on.And the message is displayed at the page source.
What do you suggest?
