Wp super cache only works for a couple hours

Hi, wp super cache plugin will only work for a couple hours. Then when I test the speed on pinddom it says no-cache and loads slow after a couple hours.
I delete the cache and it speeds up instantly. Then back to being slow again.
How can I fix this?
