WP Super Cache not support in windows

  • My host is Windows. Localhost
    When me active WP Super Cache is Warning !

    You should change the permissions on E:\..\../wp-content and make it more restrictive. Use your ftp client, or the following command to fix things: chmod 755 E:\..\../wp-content/

    Please help me chmod 775 the foder in windows.
