    Hi,
    we’re investigating on this issue.

Same issue for me! Please fix it.

    Thank you!
    Antonio

Same here (using W3 Total cache) and it sticks on the page both with desktop and iPad (mobile) view on my site Autamme.com and if you press “OK” it doesn’t go away. The “info” link to the left of it works though the the text only fills one line of the popup.

I’ve had to turn it off pending this.

If it can’t be fixed, has anyone found a solution as many of these EU Cookie Law plugins seem to be a little problematic judging by the comments.

If the developers can fix this, it would be good as it looks otherwise nice.

Same problem here. Iphone and Android phone wont let me accept. Message keeps reappearing. Total Cache as caching solution.

    Hi,

Trying to use the plugin on szigetnews.com (with WP Super Cache, but it doesn’t work with caching off, either).

Any ideas? Thank you for any help.

    Hi,
as regards WP Super Cache, we added a workaround in our faqs.

We are working for other plugins.

@bogdanbele: please make sure that the plugin is active in Settings > Eu Cookie Law. Also, try to delete the cache generated by WP Super Cache.

If this doesn’t help, try deactivating other plugins. But at the moment, we only know compability issues with cache plugins.

Does anyone know of a cookie plugin that a) works and b) works with caches. Deactivating caches or randomly deactivating other plugins that otherwise seem to work and place nicely does not seem a viable solution.

    The same.
The plugin run if you don’t block the script, iframe etc or w/o cache.
    I’ using WP fastest cache.

Same here – I’d like to implement this in as simple a way as possible (I don’t believe I’m under a real legal obligation to do so at all, but would like to respect EU law if possible, for my blog readers there.) It’s just not working on my site, and I’ve tried the “*sperimental” workaround for the WP Super Cache, but it’s still not working.

I don’t like messing with caching, at all. This is the first one that has yet to totally OBLITERATE my blog, and I’d rather not press my luck. I’m also not interested in disabling this and that until it does work. So I’m with Darren – if this one won’t do the trick, is there another that simply works?

I take it back – I think it IS working. I had asked a friend to check, and I think the error is in it not catching all applicable Region Settings – not in the caching, now. It’s showing – IF the PC’s region settings are covered.

Actually now it is working on my site, but I adopted Zencache instead of WP fastest cache that created some problem with another plugin.

    P.

Please mark it as resolved if thats the case, to help others. Thanks!

Absolutely not resolved with W3 total cache, please fix it or we can’t activate this plugin.

Here it is what I’m experiencing:
    – on some pages, the message doesn’t appear at all
    – in other pages, the message appear each time the page is loaded

    Cleaning the cache didn’t help
